  3. Scheduling: Scheduling of services is subject to availability and must be done in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

  4. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may be applied.

  5. Intellectual Property: The photos and images produced by PhotoChord are the property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law. You may not use these images for any commercial purposes without the express written consent of the photographer.

  6. Limitation of Liability: Photo Chord will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services.

  7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
