Refund policy
At PhotoChord, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality, personalized photography services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

If the service provided does not meet the agreed upon specifications, a full refund will be issued.

If the photographer is unable to deliver the service due to illness or other circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be issued.

If the client cancels the service before the scheduled date, a full refund will be issued.
In order to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed and delivered to the client.
